If they want to tell this story, they need to do it as a scorsese type movie, basically casino set in the movie industry, with the music of the time as a soundtrack and guys playing suge, jimmy henchmen, haitian jack and all the other behind the scenes gangsters doing the voice over narration like de niro and joe pesci did.

After that USA miniseries we don't need another movie, TV show, etc about 2Pac and Biggies murders.
If this is based on the LAbyrinth book, it's more about the rampart scandal than biggie and pac. That would also make more sense as to why the LAPD doesn't want to see it released.
