Amazing that Dallas didn't run Dak until this last drive. Jason Garrett is just gutless for kicking it off there too. Gotta onside kick that the way the Rams have been running it.

If you don't get it, the Rams get the ball back with good field position. They possibly kick a FG and then the game is out of reach. I think the play call was correct. See if your elite defense can get a stop and get the offense the ball back with two TOs to try to force overtime.

EDIT: just as I type that, Goff runs for a first down. I still stand by what I said.

Almost every coach is going for one point there. It is still a one-possession game right now. You can play for one possession.

If you go for two points there and miss, it's a two-possession game and you are toast.

And if you score a TD now, and then miss the 2pt attempt, you're also toast. Going for it now, you know your situation.

I thought that too. But one good thing about letting it run to the 2:00 is it means the Rams have to realize that if they pass the clock will stop, compared to a run. If the TO was called above the 2:00 they could pass/run with no difference
