How many mayors travel cross country and some times internationally to “learn” or “attend” a conference or “promote” local businesses? The news is constantly covering her and people in this thread want her beat up. She needs security. How much? I can’t answer that.

Not paying bills? I doubt most people can afford the property taxes anymore. Dwayne Wade had a mansion built right outside of Dolton. Sold that shyt because of the taxes. About 5 years ago someone brought it and burned it down because of the taxes.

It's not unusual for the mayor of a big city like Chicago to have a security detail, but residents of south suburban Dolton, with a population of a little more than 20,000, are shelling out hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for police to drive and protect their mayor.

After filing a Freedom of Information Request, FOX 32 obtained the work records for six of the officers assigned to Henyard's security detail at various times. The records show the officers are paid every two weeks, which, without overtime, is 80 hours.

But when they're put on Henyard's detail, that 80 hours balloons to well over 100 hours, in many cases. Other officers are putting in for 200 hours of work per pay period. And last May, Officer Terry Young was paid for 303 hours worked over a two-week period.

That resulted in a single paycheck of more than $13,000.

"How? How does a person put in a two-week pay period 303 hours?" asked Dolton Trustee Tammy Brown. "That's impossible. That's impossible. Does he ever go to sleep?"

I work in government finance, procurement, contracts, while it isn't unusually for governments to be late on payments, what she doing is egregious
The Thornton township ordinance of her getting $200k plus payment as supervisor and the incumbent that isn't her getting paid $25k is so fukking crazy

Surprisingly enough, misappropriation of funds like this is very common in locality & municipality governments, she is just so brazen with it that it's gonna make her an example.....

The crazy thing is that she makes $280k a year and lives in dolton, which is right next to Harvey. The average house out there is only worth $100k, and most of them were paid off years ago, so even if she refinanced her house, she could’ve paid it off in one year and still had like $15k in cash hitting her bank account every month for the other three years, while in living in damn Dolton.

She could’ve flown first class all over the country every weekend and ate five star restaurants with her disposable income alone, but this dummy wants to make the town pay for it and run up the tab while not actually handling any business, now she under investigation.
