All those cities have like the highest murder rates accept for Atlanta(which is still high). They need to focus on less balls deep in hoochie mamas and focus more on growing crops on abandoned lots to feed the hungry and maybe take one of those crops like an apple and put it on the teachers desk so she might get happy and actually try teach something.

The city still has over 130 a year at a rate of over 21.0. 3 years ago they had 180. For a 600k city thats a lot

Actually, that was four years ago. As of October 3, DC has 69. 108 in all of 2011. You basically have to go out of your way to be surrounded in crime in DC nowadays.
