Like with most things, if you have to keep saying things that nobody asked about, it usually comes off as you trying to convince yourself.
Kinda like how people say, "I'm not racist but..." Or "I don't have anything against black folks, I just..."
I get what she's saying.
Cant say I agree, I've had black women tell me that and I've never felt any sort of way about it. If a black guy said he'd never date or would be reluctant to date a black woman then you definitely have a case. Also @okra said only black men say that I don't discriminate line but we all know that's a lie

It was unnecessarily antagonistic but I saw her point. That we have to make that clarification before such a statement is going to bring about an awkward reaction from others. Having said that, it was fairly innocuous in my opinion.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion on the matter. Everyone has a different experience. Whether black men say they don't discriminate or maybe that they do discriminate, we know that they do date out twice as much as black women. So you have to kind of see where black women are coming from.
@okra shouldn't generalize. Adding the words some or most help avoid these arguments. But, she does have a point. This just isn't the thread to discuss it. This thread is about black love and unity y'all.
