LOS ANGELES (LALATE) – Holly Petraeus aka Holly Knowlton, Dr Scott Broadwell and Dr Scott Kelley were purported left in the dark by the allegations brewing against their spouses while Eric Cantor reportedly knew about at least one of three scandals, for weeks. Holly Petraeus is wife to David Petraeus, Dr Scott Broadwell is married to Paula Broadwell and Dr Scott Kelley is the husband of Jill Kelley (photos below). And yet, while three spouses allegedly were shocked when the scandal broke last Friday, it was no November Surprise, or October Surprise, for Eric Cantor, claims news reports.

Late today, news reports claimed that Jill Kelley did contact General Petraeus about those emails she received from Paula Broadwell last summer. At the same time that she contacted the FBI, Kelley purportedly telephoned the General asking why she was receiving the harassing emails from Broadwell.

It still, however, remains unclear if she contacted her friend, Holly Petraeus, to discuss the matter with her directly. Broadwell wrote Kelley to “back off” from “my man”. But it remains unclear if those communications by Broadwell were told by Mrs. Kelley to Mrs. Petraeus.

Kelley, did however, report the emails to the FBI. Her contact person was a purported FBI agent with Republican affiliation. During his handling of the case, the now dubbed “shirtless FBI agent” reportedly sent Kelley shirtless images of himself. Soon, his supervisors reported the shirtless picture scandal to agency’s Office of Professional Responsibility.

Weeks passed, however, and the agent reportedly became upset that Kelley’s matter had not gotten any more attention from FBI investigators. So the “shirtless FBI agent” then, allegedly, did not contact Holly Petraeus, Scott Broadwell or Scott Kelley. Rather, he allegedly went to Congress.

His first stop was Republican David Reicher. Reicher then allegedly referred the agent to House Majority Leader Eric Cantor on October 27. Reports claim that while Cantor and the FBI knew about the matter, Holly Petraeus, Scott Broadwell, and Scott Kelley didn’t by that date. Also uniformed purportedly were still the White House Chief Counsel and the Attorney General’s Office, an assertion that many news analysts contend is not believable.

Cantor, however, then reportedly went to his chief of staff, Steve Stombres, who then went to FBI Director Robert Mueller on Ocotber 31. While did the FBI keep the matter from the CIA, Congress, White House, Attorney General’s Office, and others involved for months?

Broadwell’s dad, Paul Krantz, told the Daily News last week that the entire scandal is about something entirely different than which it appears currently. “This is about something else entirely, and the truth will come out. There is a lot more that is going to come out. You wait and see. There’s a lot more here than meets the eye.”

The Congressional Hearing about the Benghazi attacks starts this Thursday. General David Petraeus, per his resignation, won’t be appearing this Thursday. But the panel may still call him at a later date.

First she is the subject of upward of 30,000 emails to her “sweetheart” General John Allen. Second is the recipient of shirtless photos from an FBI agent whistleblower who was handling her case.

But news media learned Sunday not to mess with Jill Kelley because she sought “diplomatic protection” from Tampa Bay based reporters and photographers that were knocking on her front door for comment.

In one tape she says “You know, I don’t know if by any chance, because I’m an honorary consul general, so I have inviolability, so they should not be able to cross my property. I don’t know if you want to get diplomatic protection involved as well.” By all accounts, her property is not listed as diplomatic residency.

She later added “They’re trying to push the door open; they won’t leave,” she fumes. “Are you sure you don’t know who these people are?” the 911 agent tells her. “I do not know who they are, no,”

Kelly only title is as State Department’s liaison to the military’s Joint Special Operations Command. Her job is a volunteer position and is unpaid. She reportedly befriended General John Allen during his time in Tampa. Allen is former Deputy Commander of Central Command in Tampa now seeking nomination of commander of U.S. European Command and the commander of NATO forces in Europe.

How did the Broadwell Petraeus email trick work? The two reportedly wrote twenty to thirty thousand emails during a two year period but never pushed send for them. Rather, when an email is sent, “both accounts record the transmission as well as such metadata as the IP addresses on either end, something the two seemed to be seeking to avoid,” the Post reports today.

Officials tell news that Broadwell and Petraeus set up a private email account and composed emails to each other. They then left those emails allegedly in the draft folder for the other to see, believing that no person would ever question the account.

That idea allegedly crumbled, however, when Broadwell allegedly wrote Jill Kelley from the same email account. Eventually, FBI investigators got a search warrant on the Broadwell-Petraeus account which found the thousands of emails allegedly still in the draft folder.

LOS ANELES (LALATE) – Natalie Khawam emails about husband Grayson Wolfe dominated a court dispute just last winter. Natalie Khawam is the twin sister of Jill Kelley who is accused of sending twenty to thirty thousand emails to General John Allen over just a two year period. Kelley is also the recipient of the roughly handful of emails from alleged David Petraeus mistress Paula Broadwell.

But apparently, at the time that Jill Kelley was writing thousands of emails, her twin sister Natalie Khawam was sending alleged harassing emails to her husband’s friends and co-workers. The latest web of Khawam-Kelley email paths from 2011 is revealed in new court documents published by the New York Post today.

FBI investigators confirm that in just twenty-four months Natalie Khawam’s sister was the recipient of General Allen’s “inappropriate” emails. But at the same time, in November 2011, a court found that Kelley’s sister was sending purportedly harassing emails to her ex-husband’s co-workers “excoriated Mr. Wolfe for being a horrible father and husband.”

The court ultimately took issue with Khawam, a lawyer, and her allegations against her ex-husband. It found that domestic-violence allegations were “part of an ever-expanding set of sensational accusations . . . that are so numerous, so extraordinary and [so] distorted that they defy any common-sense view of reality.”

The Telegraph moreover claims that she filed for bankruptcy this April and listed “owed more than $3 million spanning taxes, property debts, legal fees and personal loans to associates – including $800,000 from Mrs. Kelley and her husband, who have taken her in at their Tampa mansion.” She is being sued by own person who claims that she allegedly “fraudulently omitted Rolex watches, sable mink furs and a diamond ring” form a bankruptcy filing. Khawam has denied any wrongdoing.

But as news reports indicate today, the specific assignment of a lead investigator to the matter is raising eyebrows that there was allegedly something far more that just “sweetheart” salutations between the two.

The key issue today, however, is not the language of the emails but the assignment of an Inspector General assigned to the case. As CBS’s David Martin claims, an Inspector General may or may not be assigned to the matter if all the emails revealed were only flirtatious conduct.

One insider indicates that a Inspector General reportedly would not have been assigned based purely on flirtatious conduct. Another said that, if such language could possibly discrete the military, and could possibly amount to a violation of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, than an Inspector General could be assigned

Both Allen and Kelley deny any affair occurred. But under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, adultery is a crime.

Allen headed to Afghanistan in July 2011. But as reportedly reported on LALATE, he was previously stationed near Kelley’s home in Tampa.

It remains unclear how the emails between Allen and Kelley were transmitted. But midday today, officials told news that Petraeus and Broadwell didn’t actually send emails to one another. Rather, they purported formed an email account, and wrote emails leaving them in the draft folder and never sending them, so as not to leave an electronic path.
