I saw the behind the scenes of ep 1 and apparently that’s Tiffany in the red dress that walks by Chucky at the yard sale so I’m assuming she put the doll that got away there

Edit: haven’t seen cult of Chucky in years. Forgot the ending showed a doll escaping with Tiffany. I only remembered the after credits with Kyle
