Can someone explain to me how dab'ing is any more disrespectful than spiking a football or signaling first down?

I know spike's are traditional, and signaling first down is more relevant, but how are they less disrespectful? I just can't why dab'ing has so many panties bunched up.

Barkley automatically gets the label for past transgressions but it's more incendiary to point the finger at ESPN for starting "their crap about black versus white" when that's the narrative of the country at the moment. He is constantly trying to downplay with this vapid responses and gets called out on them

If Cam was spiking balls instead of dabbing, they'd criticize the spiking of balls.
They're even criticizing his tradition of giving balls away to kids after touch downs.
It has nothing to do with dabs. Its funny tho, when Cam gets sack 9/10 Cam is always taunted. But when he scores and dances to celebrate his succcesful drive, then it's a problem.
