He's right though the whole concept of equality is a human abstraction found in no demonstratable form in the natural world besides who really wants to be equal compared to the next guy? Nobody. We all want more than him

1. money and capitalism are not natural either. who cares about nature?

2. income inequality is a catchall term for "fair compensation", not literally equal income for all. most of the people you see talking about this still want pay to roughly represent effort, difficulty, and credentials, but they want to stop the downward spiral of wealth distribution toward capital at the expense of labor. CEOs used to make 40 times what the average worker makes, now it's more like 400. that is the issue in a nutshell. "equal" is a distraction.

3. and "we all" dont want more than the next guy. many just want enough.

I wonder if a minimum salary was implemented say every individual or family would get a check every quarter if they didn't make the minimum and people who made over that would also get some funds to cover things like healthcare and school costs for children if they want to go private...at the same time eliminating a lot of the specified programs since then people would have enough to make their own decisions as to what they need and it could be more efficient that way by the government would be spending the same amount or less and combining it with a 10% flat tax for all incomes over 50grand

So if we look at this the GOLDEN AGE of american progression and technological superiority, e.g. when american really was #1 was a time when the top 1% received the least amount of money.

The ability to NOT be animals and fall prey to our basic instincts of fuk everyone else it's all about ME ME ME ME is one of our redeeming qualities as a species; we should do that more.

How come the debate always turn to more government income when income inequality is discussed? The problem isn't the amount the government receives but how it is distributed, which would be obvious if people took the time to study the charts that get posted here every other week.

Anyways, Christie had a good run but I'm glad its over because you should always judge a man's character by his actions in during his downfall.
