All around yeah i'll give him that. He does a lot for his team and he was deserving of some kind of award which is why I was glad they gave him AP player of the year. With those stats it wouldn't have seemed fair for him not to get some kind of hardware. He may not end up a great pro but he did something that we may not see again in our lifetime this past season.

Your right. Looking good in college doesn't mean anything. But that was the the topic. Topic was "Best Player in the Country". Tayvon Austin isn't even comparable.

In my mind, he is the best. Henry is the better RB. But McCaffrey plays RB, Slot, KR, PR, and has thrown a TD. So yeah..I think he's the best "player".

He's averaging 250+ yards (multi-purpose) a game. He didn't win the Heisman, but he won AP Player of the Year for a reason.
he aint even better at that. yall need to stop overrating him

They trying to retroactively give this guy the Heisman. He's a great player, but ESPN is pushing McCaff as Barry Sanders 2.0. Stanford will be a trendy pick for preseason #1 next year.
No they won't they are losing to much, their qb and almost entire line

:dwillhuh:How so? I think it's an accurate comparison based on his performance this year. Stanford has nothing else on O so they needed him to do more this year than Bush had to do. That USC squad had Leinart, Lendale, Jarrett, and Steve Smith on O. Stanford got who? Kevin Hogan?:mjlol:
so? and? who fault that is? :stopitslime: he aint no reggie bush:what:

edit: you just hurt your argument, reggie had to share the ball. and reggie did more with less carries. reggie was a threat to score any time he had the ball in hands. reggie had way more touchdowns then him. that cac aint even better than tolby gerhart
