Rings are also a matter of circumstance because as great as a player he is, no 6 foot point guard is going to be able to beat Duncan’s Spurs, Mamba’s Lakers, Dirk, and KD. Yeah CP had some chokes but every player has, CP running a team like The Celtics right now would be a fun thing to watch.
