At least Chris Matthews has conservatives on as guests and is willing to debate them.

The so called smartest person on television Rachel MAddow only brings on guests who agree with her. She is a coward.

How do you figure that? She frequently extends an open invitation to conservatives to come on the show and tell their side. I think she doesn't usually have people from the other side on because they just refuse to appear on her show. They don't need to be on her show or MSNBC for that matter, when they can go to Fox News. That way they won't be challenged on anything.

Chris Matthews isn't bad. Ed Schultz is unbearable though. HE is the direct foil to the robots on Fox News. He's such a hack. He does a disservice to liberals and democrats.

I am not talking about Rachel Maddow interviewing politicians. Mot politicians won't go on a show where the host is hyper partisan and whose sole purporse is to make them look bad.

I am talking more about inviting conservative pundits to come on her show and actually debate her. I really do think Maddow is afraid to debate conservatives. If you ever see her try to debate on shows like Meet The Press or Real Time with Bill Maher she usually embarasses herself.

I don't. He was against the war in the buildup, but once it started he said it's his duty to shut up and support it and basically held pep rallies for it until it started to go bad.

true to some degree. He does seem to track the zeitgeist; currently he's totally one of the most outspoken pro-Obama voices on mainstream TV but he's also comfortable knowing that that's where the country's mood is anyway
