But chris brown is running for president? He's talking about how everyone is critisizing him for bullshyt he's done in the past but everyone else gets a pass. I can see where he's coming from.
Stabbing someone is just as bad as beating up a woman if not worse, but the media let this slide for some reason

To be fair, I'm a huge Jay fan. But jay was stabbing people aged 29, chris brown is still 24. Not defending chris' actions but at 24, especially in this day and age, there is still a lot of growing up to do in this world, especially when it's a black man that is (probably) devoid of any father figure growing up and found fame (and money) all of a sudden. The 20s is for finding yourself for most regular people, nevermind the type of black man I just described.

I try defending this little nygga cause he's definitely talented but fukk him. He needs to just leave the business and get help. He's always bytchin, always threatening to quit hollywood. blah blah blah. He needs to leave the drugs alone. 
Of course they are two completely different things, stabbing someone is attempted murder, the other one is battery. Media keep harrassing a dude that beat someone up years ago, but they are dikkriding a dude who stabbed someone. You can't see the hypocrisy?

Nah Jay ain't really grown cause if he did he wouldn't constantly bring up the fact that he sold drugs. That shyt happened over 20 years ago and he still finds the need to being it up in vivid detail. And he never really details exactly how he made is fortune of rap. If one is to believe Jays story he basically got rich selling drugs and decided he wanted to rap and so he went from rich drug dealer to rich rapper. If anything the example he sets is that dealing drugs is a good option all you have to do is be smart about it.Could be because Jay-Z atleast has tried to better himself, where Chris is still getting into trouble and throwing temper tantrums

The thing is that the media treats the guy who raps about murder and drugs and stabbed somebody like he is a really good and decent person. They constantly give him a pass and give him the pop star treatment, meanwhile the actual pop star guy gets treated like he nothing more than a criminal and that's all he will ever be. I mean I fukks with jays music but the hypocrisy from the media is some of the weirdest shyt out

this whole argument is null, void and stupid. When jay first got arrested for his incident, he was the #1 rapper on the planet, he rapped about killing and selling drugs, therefore it was mtv breaking news but it came and went. He went thru his trials and tribulations, and kept it moving. Chris Brown has not only beat up Rihanna, but than fought Frank Ocean, and smashed Drake over the head with a champaigne bottle, but hes supposed 2 be the victim??? You are severely comparing apples and oranges, Jay has actually changed his image and stuck 2 it, thus he deserves his praise, Chris on the other hand has not grown since that incident and it is apparently obvious.

he's rapping, what's he supposed 2 do deny his past now that white america is watching??? When has jay supposed 2 been held so far up in standards anyway??? Because he has higher powered friends in higher places does not mean his past should be constantly bought up, if thats the case so should everyone elses. Chris Brown is constantly attacked because what he did was a horrible case, considering he was supposed 2 be mr. good guy role model and not only that, but he continued to act out.
