Yo this shyt is so true. I've encountered it at school and corporate America. The black people end up being the worse ones b/c they scared you gonna take their spot or some silly shyt and stay hating on you to prove their worth to their white friends or management.

Read her tweet she mentions she did have a problem with berman and took it to ESPN now unless you recall berman mysteriously being off air for a period of time around that point nothing must have come of it as the accuser is stating. What could have been so serious she would have to report to an espn exec? And why would Lawrence just conjure up this out of the blue? Clearly hill told her this in confidence and shes betrayed her trust. Hill is now doing what she can to save the company's image and her job

Mannnn....years back I had a job lined up at Unilever. Made it past a number of interviews, on my last one with a “brotha.” Minutes into it I could see he wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to be the second negro in the office, scared that I was going to share in his spotlight.
I’m personally sickened by it all and hate having to navigate through it.

I sometimes wonder about the maturity and experiences some have in here dealing with being black and working for major corporations. Real talk the majority of this site are kids or people who haven't had enough life experiences around different groups to even give a valid point on these stories.
