  • Never ever underestimate people online: I have seen CIA level people on forums. People on forums are hacking celeb phones. If you troll long enough you will eventually piss off that one motherfukker who has ALOT of time and is VERY good at looking up things. All it takes is one bored afternoon to have em linking back to your old high school myspace from a single pic you posted. That's all it takes. If you troll long enough you'll meet that person who has your time.

  • Don't lump all outlandish people under the label of 'troll': as this has shown us and Elliot Rodger, not everyone talking rubbish online is a troll or a gimmick, there are some weirdos out there and you need to be able to distinguish between a poster who is genuinely mentally off in real life (like this) and one who just a dumb kid having fun. Some of these trolls say such offensive things you think they can't be serious, but they are serious. These people are not 'trolls' they are disturbed. You are not a troll if you are actually doing all you claim.

  • TAKE THE L EARLY!: Some of the WOAT exposures I've seen have happened because people being outed(usually delusional and arrogant) don't know when to take the L early. Take the L by page 5 so the thread don't reach page 55, by then you are done. Just take the L. If you keep going back and forth it'll get worse. Just take the L and keep it moving. ESPECIALLY when you KNOW it's you. The gig is up and trying to lie, deflect will just make you go deeper and deeper into the hole.

  • Be aware of the paper trail you are leaving online: it might come back to bite you in the ass.
