lol, just so you- know my environment produces less than 40% HS graduation rates. Not very motivating. My genetics .... well idk about that... but how can you say we have no direct control?

Most of the time that leads to physiological depression that spread throughout the entire community. I left for 3 years as noticed that cac weren't more intelligent, less violent, or less ignorant.... it's that on average their economic situation is different and their social stigmas aren't as deep.... my Sat score was average at my HS... and would have been top 3 at my old HS. IT's really sick if you think about it.

But randomly I had the chance to work at a Synagogue (and observe those demons) and get in trouble and shipped off to a rich area and educate around to some privilege crakers

Why do you refer whites as "cacs," if you don't hate them. Also, there is no way that all racial ethnicity are the same intelligence, nothing is ever equal 100%.
