Seems like a regular night in Center City Philadelphia, and that is NOT the hood. To be honest, this could've been any major city in the US.

The hell? This is two blocks over from some of the trendier nightclubs in the city and one block from a fire station. Paramedics could've walked over in five minutes. Also literally 500 feet from another 7-11. Wild story.
