well i live in london, and the city has/had a big gang problem.

I specifically didn't name countries that piggy back America and American culture because that's a separate issue with minorities in canada and the UK

Fact is when gangster rap did not exist, there was still high murder rates in urban areas in America, even before the crack boom in the 80s

Areas where rap isn't relevant across the globe have high crime rates and gang problems

White gangs in America and Eastern Europe wouldn't sit in a room where rap music was being played and yet they kill each other

Right, my uncle was born in 1956 and he had so problems with some gangs, and this was the early 70s.

other than that, the city is so segregated.
you would be in another part of town and not even know about a damn thing.
the violence is because they are starving those areas whre blacks are segregated.
so, they can not afford prime real estate.
which is going for a third of the price now.

to be honest, a lot of the hoods out south are on prime real estate. south shore which includes terror town is lakefront property.

I think englewood is prime real estate location wise. englewood is only like 5 miles form downtown, and has access to lake shore drive, the dan ryan and all public transportation. plus its close to the airport as well.
