Watch a lot of receivers after they catch big first downs. Steve Smith and Jarvis Landry are two guys I can think of that do it. When they make the play, they take the ball and spin it on the ground like it's a top in a celebratory fashion. It looks really cool but in an offense where you're trying to immediately get to the line, get set, snap and go, it's retarded and absolutely unnecessary.

Definitely a better way to relate to people than "snapping." But who knows how many times he told him. Maybe he was nice the first time, maybe he kept doing it. Either way even if he snapped, this is football. Intensity bordering on being a complete fakkit is something coaches of all levels do. If you're a pro, that shyt comes with the territory.
