Kap put up better numbers the year after and we went 8-8.. he threw for 3.3k yards the next season - 300 more passing yards and 100 more rushing yards than when we went 12-4 the year before. Our defense was injured and Kap - who again only 19 touch downs, couldnt put up points or go down the field when it mattered. We lost to the fukking RAMS WHEN THEY SCORED 13 points.. We couldnt get down the field to kick field goals I know this because I WAS AT THE fukkING GAME mad as fukk that our team was GARBAGE

He's damn sure better than Gabbert.

Gabbert is younger and played better than Kap last season. Both are not the future. Both are future back up QBs some where else.

chip is being pc because he doesnt wanna throw either qb in the trash bin yet (and thats smart) having not coached them

kaep is a perfect fit for chip's system inside zone runs/read zone was his bread/butter

now Im somewhat skeptical about both at this point, but this quote is just pc talk because no one wants to commit to anything at this point. kaep might be on IR to start the season after all, who knows.

Stats aren't everything, also you leave the all the big plays he made

your team sucks and now you have a complete moron as a head coach who took a playoff team and turned it into nothing

Kap has one bad season, doesn't negate what already showed he could do with the right team around him

if you had any brains you would want to keep him and put the pieces around him that made him successful in the first place
