That line wasn't really that tight, I wasn't impressed with that, see what you think of some of the others though cause he's got some serious rhymes on this CD.
I love when cats can really spit (e.g. Crooked I, Elzhi). That said, this is a 3.5 album.
It's just not as well rounded as say Life is Good or even Charity Begins at Home.
If he cut out some of the rappidity Rap songs and kept the conceptual joints, this could be up there as album of the year.
BUT thas just not the case...so it aint.

A perfect flow is one where most the rhymes hit on the snares. Chino doesnt do that anymore which is why his flow sounds so forced. Hes so desperate to say his entire punchline that hes sacraficing some of the technical prowess involved with flowing.

The production on GFID was very good but I think RICANstruction is a significantly better album overall.
I'm not sure how I'd compare it to Life Is Good but to me there close. Could see the point that LIF might be more concise and tight but there different albums. Lyrically this Chino album is the best I've heard in quite some time and I'm a huge fan of lyrics and lyricsts. Don't get me wrong though LIF is lyrical, just Chino is an extreme lyricist.
