I was in @Phitz UFO/UAP thread the other day and said a lot of these Drones are foriegn nationals. Our government already know this but it's smart not to put a lot of the in depth details to the public. This is the same american public that will fight one another over black friday sales, sporting events and political elections.

While im not discounting the capabilities of APT1 especially during the time period, what they were doing is not out of the ordinary for state sponsored teams.

I just don't think you're very knowledgeable about cybersecurity, the history of state sponsored hacking or obfuscation methods. I really don't know how you can read the lengths they went to and go with "blatant" as a way to describe their attacks.
