This doesn't mean much coming from China. They run one of the most state-controlled, protectionist economies on the planet. They slap heavy tariffs on foreign goods, force companies into joint ventures just to operate there, demanded tech/IP transfers, and bans entire platforms and industries from competing in their market, and that's on top of forcing slave labor. This country's leadership is grossly stupid, hypocritical and burgeoning on authoritarianism, but China is already there.
