and heres the other thing ..do you have any idea how hard it is to fillet a rat...rats dont have that much meat on them..even a huge rat after you take the skin off and dress it youll be lucky if theres 1/3 a pond of real meat there after taking the bones off
To get 1000 pounds of meat you will need 3000 big rats..the sheer manpower needed for this would make it unprofitable even if the rats came free
