Kinda sounds like you took an L there, friend.
It was an overall W. Just didn't lead me to where I thought it would, but where I thought it would isn't as good as where I'm at.

perhaps I'm wrong but I believe the future belongs to China. The west is in decline and the old order is returning. Perhaps is time to learn some Mandarin my friend.
Worry bout china if you want
Its funny how you're consistently just off about EVERYTHING
Were you trying to go into finance or ?
I had a similar experience. At least you got another language out of it.Nah, that and accounting were my MBA kryptonite. Just general business. I soon realized after graduation that I couldn't compete against Chinese living in the US. There was an influx of rich Chinese who came to the US to study the past couple decades and any legit job having to do with China usually went to them, as long as they had passable English. They would take much less money than the average American, so I had no shot. Other China jobs for non-Chinese went to people who worked their way up in a company, even if they had no China experience. I graduated around the economy crashing too, so didn't help that any good jobs were looking for people with experience as long as I'd been alive.
China won't be a world power until they solve their people problems on a major scale. Half the country is ready to riot for similar freedom comparable to the U.S which we are losing.
Secondly, they have to find a another source of income since their penny factories which slowly help the country become rich will not be used by America.
Third. Half the country is Field/argiculture base and I don't know how that would work in a major war this time around.

China is already a world power. They have more work to do to become The world power.
that population size is a major hindrance.China won't be a world power until they solve their people problems on a major scale. Half the country is ready to riot for similar freedom comparable to the U.S which we are losing.
