You have to make it financially attractive and profitable to bring those jobs back...The way things are right now it makes no sense to open up a manufacturing plant in the states...One way to change that is slap all US companies who outsource manufacturing overseas with import tariffs and give those who choose to manufacture in the states equal tax deductions and benefits...The price of your iphone will go up but so will Tim Cooks blood pressure when he sees those diminished numbers and investors are furious...He is going to have to make a change and if its more profitable to bring those jobs home, he will do that...
