Every African country is different.. some will benefit because their smart about it. Some won't because their not smart about it.
And no I don't think you're gonna have to learn that language. English will be the language of international commerce for a long time.

Actually I am hoping that African leaders will start dealing with them on equal terms.
Some technology transfers is better than having the Chinese actually doing the building in places like Angola.
I am still at a loss for the why many African nations are not reaching out to African Americans for technology transfers anyway; considering that African Americans have universities and professional classes that could help Africans in many of the areas that Africans are seeking development. It is a sad situation.

Angola is one of the few places that does it, most other power houses do transfer like Nigeria and Kenya. There are far too many countries to generalise how all of them are ran, that's why this whole "Africa is doing this and that, and losing out on" makes americans appear very ignorant. Trade deals that happen in Thailand are not the same trade deals that happen in India or China or North Korea, despite the fact that they share a continent. My country for example have strict guidelines for foreign companies, and are microscopically supervised, you can't paint the whole continent under one fukking brush. This is what happens when you live under cacs too long you start thinking like them.
