This is what's happening with the Chinese workers they send on projects they have in majority black countries. The men literally have nothing to go back to in China. The bolded of what you mentioned are reasons why sometimes it's very hard for me to fully get with what I believe is a utopian concept of black unity. There'll always be those with an individualist mindset unless you change the culture and for that you'd have to find a way to literally exterminate the individualists. But that'll never really happen in a capitalist society that encourages individualism to the fullest.
The nepotism and obvious corruption that's unchecked in some Caribbean/African countries will almost make you prefer to deal with white supremacy. There'll always be someone that will sacrifice the rest in order to save themselves
