Survive is dope
I returned to this album a few days ago and now I can’t stop listening to it. Still like my 3rd or 4th favorite album from him, but Survivor and Steps Beach might some of his best work.

I feel like I’d appreciate Atavista a lot more had 3.15.20 not already blown the roof wide open.@Ziggiy I’m on the opposite end of the spectrum. Awaken my love will always be my favorite, then 3.15.20/Atavista, Kauai, Bando Stone…. Then everything else lol.

I saw the setlist, shyt isLast night kicked things off and I heard the setlist was insanely stacked, with some throwbacks sprinkled in.
As far as best album goes, I can’t be mad at any of these picks. Bino be changing it up with every drop, yet I’ve always managed to find myself jamming to the output.
Bando’s still my favorite. Nowhere close to as cohesive as the other albums, but I like it as a celebration of everything they’ve (to include Ludwig) have worked on leading up to this point. Donald said it’s a project for the fans and it definitely felt like it.
Anybody going to the tour though? I’ll be at DC’s on the 29th. Last night kicked things off and I heard the setlist was insanely stacked, with some throwbacks sprinkled in.

Probably didn’t make the cut since it was already a part of Summer Pack. But I do miss the transitions, especially from Psilocybae into To Be Hunted.I’m mad “feels like summer” wasn’t on the Final Cut.
The strong songs on Awaken My Love are REALLY strong but Atavista has no skippables whereas I have no idea what the F U C K he was thinking by allowing California to ever see the light of day.
