I'm looking into that. I have joined custody and I do spend money on them when they're with me too. I'm not gonna take that into account but I will surely get some legal consultation on this. Thanks

By federal law the state can't take more than 25% of your gross income unless your in arrears(which they can take 33-40% depending on the state and the how much your in arrears), if the state is is requiring health insurance you should put in emergency modification of child support ASAP and get your support adjusted.

Thanks Breh, this post is powerful and I don't have any arrears. I will go to court this Thursday and will get a consultation from a lawyer ASAP. Thanks for the input again.
