You made the decision to have a child by a man who you knew had no intentions of remaining in your life, and now you, and your child, will suffer for it. Yeah - not having a father - especially if you are the representative for the only parental guidance he will have in life - is going to hurt a lot deeper than you not receiving a 125$ direct deposit every month. Hopefully you begin anew and make better decisions for both of your sakes, but considering that you fornicated with someone you deem a loser and opt to file for child support not for the sake of your child, but for your own ego, it's highly doubtful that you stand a chance at ever being, or raising, a productive member of society .

at the entire situation.A woman having to file for support is simply demonstrating her poor decision making........ at the end of the day, she allowed him to nut in her madd times - taking him to court isn't taking 100% responsibility for her own decisions.
my son's mother's don't need to take me to court. i will take care of kids and even give them whatever just for doing a good job and being respectable queens.
