Eye Cue DA COLI GAWD
<--- Cleveland Browns winning that many, boi!
Most of what you're talking about is the cost of doing business. Happens everyday in the private sector. Seems like bad management left your department vulnerable to cuts and employee peel back tactics. My old job dissolved our NY office due to DEI and me being idiot. My old company planned to launch a pay equity product in 2022. During our first company meeting about the product, my Black spidey senses (one of three in NY) went off because it was a UK based platform that worked on finding pay disparities for corporations. In the UK, it's mandatory. In the US... No one cares how they are underpaying niqqas. AND guess which departments they were targeting at these organizations to sell the product? DEI departments!
My Black ass in that 2022 knew DEI was turning into a bad word by bigots but I was too comfortable with my salary instead of listening to my blackness and jump ship. So two years later and $10 million poured into the product with only $300k in sales.......BOOM! They got rid of the entire NY office. It's not top leadership that gets the axe for being dummies.
Thank God I have a plan B, but I should have trusted my knowing the American oyinbo instincts.
You could've went public and had your job and pension protected, but you didn't.
Again, I say that's the cost of doing business. Start your own business if you have an issue.
