Now @ChiefQueen , people just stopped making fun of somalis like 3 years ago. You know damn well it was rough being a horner growing up in North America or the UK.

The media consistently (and mistakenly) represented Africans from the horn as living in war torn countries, suffering famine, and looking like aliens.

These perceptions did not exist for WAs or AAs. AA women have been thee black ideal of beauty since at least the 60s. When people think of beautiful black women, they're likely to think of an AA woman, and you know it.

In recent years, ppl have become more conscious and loving of true, natural African beauty, from the east and the west - South Sudanese models are adored in fashion circles, the Nollywood and Ghanaian movie starlets are revered throughout the diaspora.

EAs like you want to convince us that you're better than other Blacks. Sorry girl, you can't, because you aren't.
