Exactly, it's been mentioned a couple of times in this thread but it needs to be re-emphasized. The confidence with which the black chick stepped on to the white dude/chick's desk tells me thats not the first time she's crossed that line, people don't do stuff like that without having had previous experiences with the person from which they construed that such intrusion's upon the personal space of said person would go unchallenged.
