I mean if we on that anti restaurant wave, you might as avoid all restaurant food, even the nice steak houses. Lots of butter, sodium, and carbs, in all those meals.
nothing wrong with chicken tenders or a chicken sandwich every so often, but when you ALSO leading a sedentary lifestyle when the only movement you really doing is walking to and from your car then you pouring jelly on yourself.
