There's an in n out on damn near every corner where I live and I know a couple that aren't as crowded.
And jack n the box an them can't ever get my damn order right. All I ask is for no mayo, they fukk this simple request up 90% of the time. My order is never wrong at n n out.
In n Out employees get paid more than other fast food employees (I think like $2-4 a hour more), they have actual career paths there I heard and heard they managers make like $80-100+k year salary depending on location.
Jack n the box is trash food, minimum wage. My 1st job ever was there. I was barely legal to work (15 1/2 i think) workers permit. 1st day on job they want me there like 5:30 or 6 am on a Saturday morning
Minimum wage back then was like $6.50 a hour
Their managers make like $50k a year.
Basically they dont give a fukk and it shows.
Thats for all jobs. Champs, FootAction and foot locker are under same company (foot locker is parent company to all 3).
Champs gave 1% commission on sales though and foot locker/foot action dont.
Thats why when you usually go into Champs they check on you frequently, usually at the front of store to greet you etc. while footlocker/action employees just chillen by register "you need help with anything? Nah? Aight just let us know" and thats it.
That 1% made all the difference in customer service for the youngins. That little extra incentive.
Thats one of the many reasons im against $15/hr flat rate for min wage. Itll murder customer service at a lot of places thats doing the hiring process right, currently. When I go into a jack n the box i expect horrible service and fukked up orders already. With same pay rate as In n Out, etc itll dilute hiring process and then other companies then we'll justvget horrible service across the board
