Yeah, well personal matters can spill over into shootouts in the streets too. I don't live in NYC, but I lived in Chicago for 40 years. I never got used to that shyt and it was very unsettling. they could type in white car into the search starting from the scene and then get answers in minutes of white cars in the area and they can make an escape route of said vehicle..

edit: thats using NYPD cameras.. they are also going to ask local people for their video as well
