I never said I liked him. I just don’t understand the problem with him. Nobody speaks on his policies. He only gets coverage for giving away money.
Pat Quinn is polling, and Paul Vallas has entered the race. Bigger names jumping in now, so unless Willie has his troll game on point he's gonna fade...
Limited info but imo the first respectable candidate in terms of policy. Unlikely to win tho
My Lincoln Park fam are going for Willie Williams. Uncle Larry has no idea what she is doing. It's sad as fkcu u can't go visit without some bull popping off. Hell if u get a hotel on Michigan Ave fkcury finds you. Next time I'm in town going to 
steakhouse in Oak Brook.

If Vallas reconnects with the teachers union, he probably has a better chance. Otherwise, he's not making waves on his own as far as I can tell. Candidates like Lopez have already dead campaigns, Wilson is a funny troll, and Quigley/Quinn won't jump in. Unless Jesse Sharkey from the CTU joins in, I'm guessing Vallas will end up being the other candidate by virtue of the CTU.
There's an ex-cop running, too, but I think his profession hurts his chances more than helps.
But yeah, seems like Lightfoot is in a bigger clown show this time around, and that helps more than hurts her chances.

I think the only person who may have a shot is Buckner. Vallas is too old school neo liberal. Plus the thing is the CTU needs Lori because she’s a useful pushover. They’ve already went on two strikes during her tenure. Can’t do that. Lopez is running to the right too much. You can be against crime without appearing on Hannity. The rest(Wilson, Green, FOP president, the cop with dozens of brutality complaints) are just clowns with axes to grind against Lightfoot. Actually people who would smoke her(Quigley, Chewy Garcia) declined to run for some strange reason. She is so unlikable by everyone and can easily be beat
I hear yall but I feel like the city don't fukk with Lori no more. She's like the Joe Biden of Chicago lol. She gets blamed for everything even when it's not her fault. I don't fukk with her personally because of how she tries to throw the blame on Kim Foxx every time someone gets killed or the police are angry, but she also gets flak for shyt beyond her control
Right. Vallas has shared his beefs with the CTU on Twitter (despite being top level at CPS in the 90s), so he needs them more than they need him. But once you get CTU approval, it's hard to shake that almost every CPS site will be pro someone. I'm sure if he was square with them, he'd be bigger in the race.
Personally, I'm holding out for Jesse Sharkey, but its really like a 10% chance he runs.

I don't mind my politicians a little incensed and informal on personal issues, so I respect the comment. (She's still a POS that can't be trusted tho)
