You're joking right? The murder rate is going up EVERYWHERE since all these riots and protests and will continue to do so for the forseeable future.
Same reason why Baltimore, Milwaukee and St.Louis crime and murder rates shot up to record breaking levels after their riots in 2015/2016
Less pro-active policing combined with enboldening and condoning of degenerate and lawless behavior.
The only thing that has resulted from mindless rioting since the 60's is more dead black folks and worse socio-economic conditions.
