lol..I'm saying I don't deny what put us here at all. But at some point you have to take charge of a sinking ship and try to repair it. Some of these posters are still focused on the iceberg that hit us. I work in Corp America and I want more of us here. Growing up in Bmore and not knowing many people who had "nice jobs", I use to think you had to be Einstein to get one. Once I got there, they are no different than us. I actually value my job and move up quicker than them because I know how tough it was to get here. I will never deny that we have it HARDER than them, but the reality is, you can either complain about it all day or do something about it. You only have 2 choices.

If these kids have an Instagram account, a twitter account and a facebook account. Then tell me why they don't have an Khan Academy account? You can subscribe to a rappers YouTube account, but not to an educational one? For the ones who are going to try and hit me with the c00n crap. I do the samethig with my own son. No excuses!!!, If my 10yr old son can learn programming, then these teens have no excuse. At this point its not just the environment, its the culture.
