It's a very interesting thing that we see story after story like this, yet more often than not, when some young white kid goes on a shooting rampage, if they don't one themselves, they are apprehended unharmed. I still believe the police is much more cavalier in using deadly force against people of color than their white counterparts, but I also understand why some people might accept as truth the word of the cops in this instance. Regardless of if the shooting was justified, it's still a damn shame.
