It really is, Chicago PD likely has a very extensive record of gangs and their members. If you’re in a gang, you go to jail. Their rights have to be violated to save them from themselves at this point. There is no excuse for this type of savagery, these guys have other options but they don’t want better for themselves, so go ahead and lock them away.You make things seem so simple
