I agree. I’m not opposed to police. I’m in Chicago. 80% is gang violence. I think the stats are 10-20% of the population is responsible for 80% of the crimes. Black murders have a 22% chance of being solved. Idk if it’s the police not investigating or the no snitching policy.

So it is important to still have outlets for people who want to get their acts together..
