This is only cause of poverty. If you want to change this, make it so no neighborhood is divided by class. Make the millionaires buy condos and houses that are also sorrounded poor houses and condos. And take away school funding being tied to property value.

No... Thats a terrible idea... The Gini Coefficient in Economics already explained what happens when people in poverty live next to even someone of middle class stature... Property crime goes UP for a group of people that would otherwise avoid.

That the reason theft and property crime is at an ALL TIME HIGH in San Francisco... If you dont have the means to survive, the next best thing will be to rob your neighbor who is doing better than you...
