sort of agree, i care so i dont agree with that part, but the real problem is that black people dont care

it kind of makes me gag when i hear people say they want the country to be outraged, why should the rest of the country by outraged when the people in the neighborhood arent outraged? why would we even care whether other peopel are outraged or not, what is it that outside people are going to do that we cant do ourselves?
