n1ggaz aint give a fukk about Chi Ali after his rap career died and he was back in the hood selling drugs..

he gets locked up, serves 14 years, gets out and now he's prolly gonna get treated like a king by the hiphop community

Pretty much...His freestyle he did while locked up was better than anything Rabbi Shyne Po has given us.

Also Chi Ali actually has a story to tell, I'd be interested in hearing an album from him. Same can be said for John Forte.
