Like I mentioned, I consider this my prized baby for now. This whole damn idea has festered my mind over a year now. I actually wrote the song to the beat as I was laying the puzzle pieces down for the video at the same time. So this damn thing was almost specifically written to become visuals.
I worked hard to personally see fit that no one would be able to fully clown on this shyt. You may not feel the flow but you're going to feel the impact of what I'm saying and what you're seeing.
Some feedback I've gotten is "It's cool but I just don't see this poppin' in the club"
I approached this whole thing as a work of art or short film. Matter of fact, the song wouldn't be ANYTHING as impactful without the video so they both truly rely on the other. lol I even once showed the audio only to someone and they were like "...So why did J. Brown hang himself again??"
Real talk though - I see people like C Styles inadvertently using his wackness as a crutch to get attention. I wanted to use this video to shift that energy in another direction but I'm starting to think this thread isn't going to see the numbers I want it to see unless I tape two remotes together.
