Usually no matter what, the police dept. erects a blue wall of silence and "investigates" the act, while placing officer on administrative leave.... i.e. buying time until the heat dies down, so they can quietly put him back on the force once the coast is clear, and the outrage is muted. But here they arrested him IMMEDIATELY. That should tell you how serious this is. Activists usually have to bust balls just to get these kind of wheels in motion.

He was the only officer to shoot out of the group...lol at this "charging" business. The poor brotha was involved in a serious accident, and I believed had walked close to, or over, a mile in a desperate search for help. Does that sound like a man who was charging at anything? This cop instinctually pegged him as a drugged out (the victim was probably staggering and disoriented) criminal, and murdered him. Disgustin.

Honestly when was the last time you heard bout a police officer shooting someone and it sounded like he did the right thing. I cant remember last time i saw a story or heard bout that..

Its time to limit police to just having tasers.. Way too many trigger happy police around..

You guys a hollering racism..just put yourself in those cops shoes..if you saw a burgler running towards you with a concealed weapon..wouldn't you shoot him too..? How do the cops know if he was carrying a weapon or not..I think it's justified..the cops shouldn't go to jail tho over shooting a burgler..
