The recent success of former players like Udoka and Monty Williams as coaches is gonna push a lot of these dudes out of jobs. Playoff collapses like Minnesota also show that players need the right coach who's been in those situations to motivate them in key moments.

I think a lot of it had to do with there being a sour taste when George Shinn was there and wound up moving the team to New Orleans. The city never seemed to latch on to the Bobcats under Bob Johnson

this man been shoulda got fired. terrible rotations and the team was always unprepared for big games. a lot of times, he would leave lamelo or rozier on the bench too long in close games to start the 4th quarter- that team actually was decent in spite of borrego. i wanted him fired after his 2nd year. i'm surprised they did it, since he signed an extension. this team is begging for mark jackson- to preach defense and build that belief in this young team the same way he did for the warriors.

mitch kinda building a nice team but they need the right coach and they need a young center who can rebound, finish and protect the paint. team is on the rise let's see what they do.
