He's in that same class as AD and Kareem (imo). Always gonna be the most talented player on a team, but they just lack something internally to be the driving force.

People gotta look into Kareem. He still needed the best PG of the generation to do something (yes I know Oscar wasn't the same, but he was still good.)
My issue with Kareem is that 70s period, when Oscar was truly washed, and before Magic.
He didn't have good teammates, but he didn't play many dominant teams either.
Someone explain 1973? 1974 when Dave Cowens outplayed him head to head? Or 78, 79?
Kareem was an all time offensive weapon (like KD), but nah, he still needs a great point guard.
